PHASE 2 - SHOW TIME

• Showing your property to Droubi Real Estate agents
• Hosting the first Tuesday Broker's Tour
• Meeting agents and their clients for private showings
• Conducting first weekend open house
• Hosting the second Tuesday Broker's Tour
• Conducting the second weekend open house
• Continuing to host open houses and Brokerâ??s Tours until an acceptable offer is received
• Negotiating an acceptable offer

PHASE 3 - ESCROW AND CLOSING

• Opening escrow
• Verifying buyer's deposit
• Verifying submission of buyer's loan application
• Coordinating appraisal
• Attending inspections
